How do I log in?

  1. To get started, just enter your employee number and password in the box at the top of the page. You should have received this information from us via email.
  2. When you log in for the first time, you will receive a message requesting that you change your password. When deciding your password, it is important to take into account that the portal will be used to store some personal and sensitive data about you.
  3. You can also log in to the portal via Standard Bank Single Sign On using your Microsoft credentials.

Processing of personal data and security

Standard Bank is the data controller and thus responsible for the processing of your personal data in the portal. "Benify" is a data processor on behalf of Standard Bank and is thus processing your personal data pursuant to a contract with and instructions from Standard Bank.

The personal data in this portal are collected from Standard Bank and you as the end-user. The data is being processed to administrate the services provided in the portal and to fulfil other obligations which falls on "Benify" pursuant to contracts and applicable law. Pseudonymised data may also be processed for statistical purposes to evaluate the portal and the services provided herein.

Protection of individuals when processing personal data is very important for "Benify". "Benify" thus ensures that adequate security measures are taken to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable rules and generally accepted standards on information security. For example, your personal data is therefore protected against unauthorised access, change and deletion.
