How do I log in?

  1. To get started, just enter your username and password in the box at the top of the page. As a new member, you should have already received this information from us through the post or via email.
  2. When you log in for the first time, you will receive a message requesting that you change your password. When deciding your password, it is important to take into account that the portal will be used to store some personal and sensitive data about you.
  3. All new members are also required to review and confirm their personal details before accessing the portal. If any of this information is old or incorrect, then you should contact your employer’s HR department who can change this for you.

Processing of personal data and security

Mölnlycke Health Care is the data controller and thus responsible for the processing of your personal data in the portal. Benify is a data processor on behalf of Mölnlycke Health Care and is thus processing your personal data pursuant to a contract with and instructions from Mölnlycke Health Care.

The personal data in this portal are collected from Mölnlycke Health Care and you as the end-user. The data is being processed to administrate the services provided in the portal and to fulfil other obligations which falls on Benify pursuant to contracts and applicable law. Pseudonymised data may also be processed for statistical purposes to evaluate the portal and the services provided herein.

Since Mölnlycke Health Care is the data controller, Mölnlycke Health Care is also responsible for the processing of your personal data being compliant with applicable rules.
